Texts on our web pages have been made easy to view by keeping them moderate and not too small. The most popular browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera support the following mouse actions and keyboard strokes to zoom in and out on our web page. Please use the "Control" key in Windows OS and the "Command" key in Mac OS.

If you intend zooming the text, you can hold the Control/Command key and scroll up or down to zoom in or out.

Narrator Function
Texts on our web pages will be narrated if Windows users use Windows Narrator in their computer. The narrator converts on-screen text into speech. This is available in Windows 10/8.1/8/RT/7/Vista/XP, while In Apple’s OSX operating system, users will find the VoiceOver feature. Third-party screen readers such as JAWS (Job Access With Speech) and the freeware program NVDA are options to consider.

PDF/WORD/TEXT and other files
Wherever they occur, PDF and other files have been used to help us preserve the look and feel of our original documents. To open and view PDF files, an Adobe Acrobat Reader or similar PDF reader should be used. For WORD/TEXT files, Microsoft Office would be a better choice.
